Your details are used strictly to curate your order, communicate updates from the fire, and dispatch our riders to your exact location. We also use this knowledge to honor your loyalty through our internal rewards system.
Your identity is safe within our walls. We do not sell, trade, or whisper your details to outside merchants or marketing entities. The only third parties involved are those directly tied to delivering your food or processing your secure payments.
Should you wish to leave the Sanctuary and erase your footprint, you may request the deletion of your account and addresses. Once requested, your records will be cleansed from our active archives, leaving only the required transactional history.
